Munich to Budapest

I wish all morning started like this: prosciutto and bread with Juice. That was one of the best breakfastsi had so far.

Mum didn’t really wanted the great breakfast, I don’t know why. Me and Tally are free and Daddy only had to pay 14€ for the breakfast. We packed up the room and left to check out downstairs.

We took a family selfie and started the ride !

We cycled till the Danube river where it was really nice! The old town of regensburg.

We cycled along the river till we reached a rest stop. We spotted an ice cream and coffee sign and daddy checked it out. It was cool! We had A giant ice cream for 7€!

There was even a sw¡ng there which made the place nice!

Daddy sat on the swing affairs ur would break.

We continued cycling towards the next town called straubing. we followed the cycle path and the Garmin next to the river. Daddy told us that we would stop at the next town called Wörth to eat some food. Yummy!

We found a rest stop so we decided to stop and charge our 🔋. Tally and Daddy had parté and crackers while I had drinking youghurt. We also saw a statue.

The statue has a Dick but it’s blacked off because it was NC16 Content.

We cuddled and left so we could arrive on time. We passed through houses and roads , farms and plantations. I told mummy a ( fake) story about how bus bells were invented and tally a funny joke. We went through gravel and it was really bumpy. Along the way we saw swans!

We continued cycling and got confused in a detour. We went into a town called wörth and found a kebab place at the side of the road. It was too hot so we went to the Gas station and ate there .

There were proper tables with cushions and we got a Lemon Iced Tea while Daddy got a aloclich drink which is was cheaper than the tea.

The Kebabs were great and we continued down to straubing. We crossed a bridge and road which wasn’t really paved and went on the gravel path again. We passed a small town which was like a shipping town. We quickly cycled through the town and headed to straubing. We followed on the cycle path next to the E’way and the town was in sight. We cycled in the edge of town and we went down a small Road. I did not know where we were staying until we arrived at the place.

The place was called Donau Lodge and It was beautiful. Daddy had trouble opening the lock of the guest house and he didn’t realise that the knob to open the door was too the bottom of the actual handle. we got in and found our room on the first floor. It was big and spacious but it had a problem. There was only one bed.

That meant that the adults would sleep on the comfy bed and we would have to blow up mattereses.

we did laundry after dinner because we were tired and headed out for dinner. We walked around the town square where the big church was . There was an Ice cream shop , kids shop and a church that looked like a Mosque.

We found a shop that daddy and mummy were talking about and we decided to eat there. There was something in the menu called pancake soup( which we would figure out what it was the next day) but we decided to say Safe and take the liver soup instead. It was excellent!

We had roast beef, tally had pork , I had liver soup and Daddy had a beef. It was really good.

I saw a sign which literally meant ‘ hey children , play on the road! Totally safe 4 u! ’

We walked back to the hotel and stopped for Ice cream along the way back . I had tiramisu ice cream which was great ! It even came with a cracker! We walked back to Donau Lodge and did some laundry . Daddy rubbed the clothes, I rinsed it and Mummy dried the clothes.

After laundry we sunuggled up in bed and fell asleep.it was a great first cycling day!
